Flirtatious Melon Zippered Pouch

I’ve been busy sewing the last few weeks, getting lots of items ready for a handmade market last weekend.  Unfortunately it was pretty disappointing sales wise, but that has led to an etsy shop full of new things.  I am in the midst of photographing and listing, but wanted to show off this cute zippered pouch/pencil case in Stampin’ Up!’s Flirtatious Fabric.

The inside of this cute bag is lined with a turquoise and white print.  You can check the bag out HERE if you are interested.

Have a wonderful weekend.  I’m off to take more pics while it’s not raining 🙂

Flirtatious Fabric Ditty Bag!

Yet another sneak peek for you today – this time in the form of the brand new Stampin’ Up! fabric.  I’ve used a piece from the Flirtatious Fabric pack, this is one of three designs in the package.  The colours in this pack are bright and fun, perfect as a  small make-up bag!  This bag will be a Christmas pressie for a friend, we plan to pop some nail polish in matching colours inside it.

This cute little bag is made from a Keyka Lou pattern (great patterns on her site!), and uses just under half  of this particular piece of fabric.  The bag is lined in a pale pink Amy Butler cotton, and the zipper is from my local ‘big box’ craft store. Even though it doesn’t look it in the picture, the hot pink zipper is a perfect match to the darker pink in the fabric.

Hope you enjoyed this peek at a brand new product line from Stampin’ Up!  I have a clutch purse in a totally different print under construction, so I’ll come back and share that one when it’s finished.

Thanks for looking!
