I’ve had a fun day playing with my Pun Fun stamp set. It’s such a cute, versatile set that I wanted to plan a class around it. I’ve come up with a set of 6 cards, based on a card I saw on Andrea Walford’s blog a while back. They are definitely different to what I would normally make!
I decided to take the ‘different’ factor a little further, and provide class attendees with the choice of Patterns designer series paper for the ovals. You’ll also receive an embellishment pack which includes 6 different ribbons and 12 assorted buttons (from the Button Bouquet and Latte packages). Each embellishment pack will vary slightly, though there will be mix of ‘girl’ and ‘boy’ colours. Of course, you can even trade within the class if you’d like to!
An example of mixing up the accent colours is shown below. The two thank you cards feature the same layout, but different colour embellishments. You are also welcome to use any greeting that fits on these cards! Make 6 birthday cards if you would like to.
Date: Sunday May 23rd at 1pm
Class cost: $28 – includes everything needed to make the 6 cards including envelopes
RSVP and payment due: Monday May 17th – no exceptions.
