An Egg-cellent Easter

Standard

There’s nothing like leaving making cards until the last minute 🙂  The card below is an Easter card, made using the Egg-cellent Easter stamp set.

I made this card for Keesh’s Inkspirations Colour Challenge #20 – Creamy Caramel, Brocade Blue, Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla.  Don’t the colours look very Peter Rabbitish??  I’ve also used an old Sweet Sunday sketch challenge for the layout.

I also decided to decorate the inside of the card.  I had to do something since the card base is Chocolate Chip, so I figured I would make it pretty too 🙂

Stamps: An Eggcellent Easter, Occasional Greetings

Ink: Black Stazon, Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel, Brocade Blue, Close to Cocoa, Sahara Sand

Paper: Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel, Very Vanilla, Watercolour Paper, Bella Bleu DSP, Chocolate Chip Prints DSP

Other: Photo Corner Punch, Stampin’ Sponges, Aquapainter, Circle Scissor, Button Latte, Dimensionals, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Mat Pack, Not Quite Navy Stampin’ Write Marker, Linen Thread, Choc Chip Stitched Ribbon

  1. Your little bunny is sooooo cute! Your colouring is lovely. And you have reminded me I must go and hide some eggs for the kiddies to find in the morning!

  2. This is just adorable – love the square card and how you’ve decorated inside too. Great job with the colours – thanks so much for joining in with INKSPIRATIONS.
