This card (and it’s twin), is on it’s way to a couple of very deserving recipients. Two of the ladies in my Silver Birch Stampers team achieved a Sales Award at the recent Stampin’ Up! convention – huge congratulations to Lisa and Sue!
I wanted to show you how the watercolour roses looked when they actually made it onto a card. While I’ve used some retired stock to make up the cards, it would be very simple to recreate using current Stampin’ Up! products. I plan to do so later today!
The little sentiment tab at the side of the card has been created using the Curly Label Punch bundle. I added the greeting from the recent Sale-a-Bration stamp set – Congrats. If you’ve got that one in your collection, the smaller greetings fit inside the Curly Label stamp set.
It’s always fun to decorate the inside of cards, and adds a special touch. If you look closely at the inside, you’ll see that I’ve stamped the rose from Fifth Avenue Floral in Blush Blossom on the background. I have also added the ‘Congratulations’ stamp from the Sale a bration set.
Have a great weekend!
